The YWCA Building sits across Richards Street from 'Iolani Palace. In "'V' for Vashon: The Father" (Season 5), it was said to be an apartment building. There, hired assassin Dylan Hayward (Don Knight) took an apartment in an attempt to kill McGarrett as he sat at his desk in the Palace. Five-0 had been tailing him and was ready for him.
