Jack loved McDonald's French fries -- but they weren't his favorite treat. He especially liked malasadas -- but not just any malasadas. He liked those from Leonard's Bakery at 933 Kapahulu Avenue. (I'm telling on you, Jack.)
Those malasadas really make my mouth water, H50. I enjoyed a few during my last stay, but I don't know the name of the bakery. It was part of Food Pantry on Kuhio Ave. (where I also bought Jack's birthday lei).

Mmmm...I can almost smell them! It's a good thing that Jack was tall. He could probably get away with those extra calories. I, on the other hand, not so much!
