The Most Incredible Find!

I just snagged the most incredible picture on Ebay. According to Marie's notes on the back of it, this was their dining room when they lived at 1424 Crescent Heights Boulevard in West Hollywood (1957-1968). The picture was taken in 1959.

They used the same tulip chairs in their dining room in Honolulu. The chairs were designed by architect Eero Saarinen, who designed Dulles Airport in Washington. This is a different table, however. In Honolulu, they had a green opaque glass table that went much better with the chairs than this table.

Marie wrote that the top of this table was Carrara marble, while the top of the sideboard was rose-colored marble. They used a different sideboard in Honolulu, one that isn't nearly as pretty as this one, I don't think.
