The Groundhog Has Spoken!

The verdict is in: Punxsutawney Phil did NOT see his shadow this morning. He has predicted an early spring.

There's just one problem; according to the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Phil's accuracy rate is only 40 percent. We'd better not pack our winter coats away, just yet, just in case. Frankly, I was worried that, if he did see his shadow, it would have been caused by the television lights, not the sun.
