Celebrating the 232nd Anniversary of the US Coast Guard

US Coast Guard (used by permission)

The Coast Guard Cutter Cape Corwin is celebrating the day in Loreto, Mexico. Yes, she's still serving after 64 years (1958-2022). In September 1990, she was sold to the Micronesian Coast Guard. Her name became Constitution.

Of course, we know her as the cutter that went to sea whenever Five-0 needed assistance, whether far at sea or close to shore. She appeared in seven episodes in the pilot episode, "Cocoon," and in Seasons 6, 8, 9, and 10.
