Friday, September 20th, will mark the 56th anniversary of the first airing of Hawaii Five-0. It was the pilot episode, "Cocoon." Weekly episodes first aired on September 26th. The first episode was "Full Fathom Five."
Can you believe it? More than half a century has passed, and the show is still popular around the world. Leonard Freeman, Jack Lord, and the entire Five-0 team, both in front of the camera and behind it, definitely had a winner! Congratulations and mahalo nui to one and all.
