Here are some nice pictures of the Canoe House, affectionately known as Canoe’s. Although the seafood restaurant and bar closed a number of years ago, it made its way into at least two episodes of Hawaii Five-0, “The Last Eden” (Season 4) and “One Born Every Minute” (Season 6).

P.S. Yesterday, while having my hair done, I saw a lady wearing a dress made of fabric that reminded me of Jack’s royal-blue aloha shirt with hot pink and white designs:

Honu says: " (Does this mean that I'm watching too much Five-O?) "

Is that really possible? LOL.

Thanks for this post. I love the cocktail menu - did you notice the prices? That was long ago, and you can also tell that from the artwork on the menu. It's interesting that you noticed the lady's dress fabric that resembled Jack's shirt, H5O. In the season 3 episode "The Reunion," there's a scene with a man in a small house opening a package that explodes just as Steve and Danny are approaching the house. I've noticed that the curtains hanging in that house are of fabric very similar to a skirt that I own! (Does this mean that I'm watching too much Five-O?)

Thank you for the link to Canoe's, H50, and thank you for the screen caps. It's amazing what you dig out!

As to the colors of Jack's shirt... colors like those are seldom to be found these days. What a pity!
